At Mac we organize a number of activities with thepurpose of building relationships. Being a follower ofJesus is not just a 'me and God' experience, but something we are to share with others.
We realise just meeting on Sundays makes it hard to get to knoweach other. So we encourage everyone to join a HomeGroup. Here is where you can discuss the ideas from theBible in an open setting. These groups are made up of 6-10 people that meet all around the south Brisbane area.
We understand that not everyone can be a part of a Home Group, sowe also arrange a number of other activities to accommodate all ages. (select activity to reveal more information)
- Little Chooks (0-4 yrs playtime)
Little Chooks is a play time group aimed at 0 - 4 years. Its programmed meetings are currently in recess, but the mums plan to get together regularly. Contact the church for more info.
- Kids Church
The kids at church receive a special message during our Sunday service and then enjoy kids activities based around the bible. Contact the church for more info.
- Over Seas Students
- Men's Activities
The men in our church get together once a term to participate in an event to further themselves and get to know each other better. The next event is a breakfast and testimony. Contact the church for more info.
- Woman's Activities
The woman in our church get together once a term to participate in an event to further themselves and get to know each other better. They are currently planning an overnight camp for later in the year. Contact the church for more info.
- FAB (fifties and better)
The FAB group generally get together once a term. The last outing they went on was St Helena Island Cruise. Contact the church for more info.
- Winter touch football (mixed comp)
Members of the church compete in a local touch footy comp and are always keen on new participants. Contact the church for more info.
- Craft
A group of ladies meets once a month for a Coffee, Chat and Card making night. Contact the church for more info.
